On Friday 3 November 2017 St Mark’s Church was United with Queen Street Parish Church and as a result of agreement between the two Kirk Sessions the Name St Mark’s was retained for the united congregation.  The final Service in Queen Street Church was held on Sunday 29 October, with St Mark’s folks in attendance.  This was a service of Holy Communion conducted by the Presbytery Moderator, Rev Keith Blackwood, assisted by Mr Stiubhart MacChoille.

The first Kirk Session meeting of the new united charge, held under the Unitary Constitution, will be held in St Mark’s on Thursday 16 November 2017.
