Not everything that happens with St Mark's takes place in our own church and sometimes only one or two people may be involved. If you have any news, or stories to record that you would like to share drop me an e-mail , include photos etc and I will broadcast your news to the World Wide Web (or your Auntie Bunty in Huntly).

In early February 2011 two friends from our City Centre Grouping went on a two week trip to Kenya to give support to Abigail Ministries and Rev Daniel Rugut. Daniel attended Queen Street Church when he was studying Divinity at Aberdeen University and Kathleen Innes from Queen Street has been a tireless fund-raiser for Daniel and his supporters in Abigail Ministries. Our last Grouping Social, " A Kenyan Jambo " was dedicated to them.

This wedding involves the marriage of Neil Yacamini and Eileen Smith who were married in the Marcliffe Hotel on Friday 30 April 2010 by Rev John M Watson. Neil is the son of David (former Session Clerk) and Jean Yacamini and Eileen was a childhood friend of our Sunday School Superintendent, Joanne Donaldson.

This wedding involves friends of Rosalyn Rennie who were married by Rev John M Watson on 16 May 2009 at St Matthews Episcopal Church in Oldmeldrum. Miss Katrina Morrison wed Mr Gavin Angus. And just as if to prove its a small world, Gavin's dad Arthur is an old work colleague of the webmaster!
